A session addressing harassment and mental health was held at the University of Baltistan, organized under the AKRSP project, Building Resilience of Civil Society and Youth to COVID-19 in Gilgit Baltistan & Chitral: Social Development Micro Award (SDMA), co-financed by the European Union. The session featured two distinguished experts who provided valuable insights to the youth. *Dr. Shahida Batool* delivered a talk on Youth and Mental Health, with a particular focus on the psychological impacts of harassment. *Srr educating the participants on strategies to safeguard themselves from online harassment. The primary objective of the session was to enhance awareness about cyber harassment and its detrimental effects on mental health. Additionally, it aimed to equip the youth with practical skills to confront harassment and ensure their personal safety. Acknowledgment was extended to 'Dr. Salar' Head of the Department of Environmental Sciences at the University of Baltistan, for his instrumental role in making the event a success.
